Return Eligibility

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify.

A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, underwear such as panties and swimwear are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, we can offer a replacement item or size exchange if needed.

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, we can offer a replacement item or size exchange if needed.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If the return is due to the customer’s reasons (e.g., changed mind, ordered the wrong item, no longer needed, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item, damaged or defective product), AUMORE will send a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us in advance so we can arrange the delivery.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact Us
Reach out via our Contact Form with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, a brief explanation, and photos of each side of the item(s). We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Step 2: Package and Ship
Once approved, securely package your item(s) and ship them as instructed.
Step 3: Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable, and any applicable customs fees will be deducted from your refund total.
Return-to-Sender Orders
If a package is refused, marked unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, the following applies:

Refunds will only be processed once the item is returned to our warehouse.

A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the order total.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
