Refund & Return Policy

At AUMORE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help — under the following conditions:


Return Eligibility

  • You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify.

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number) is required.


Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear such as panties and swimwear are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, we can offer a replacement item or size exchange if needed.

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, we can offer a replacement item or size exchange if needed.


Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the return is due to the customer’s reasons (e.g., changed mind, ordered the wrong item, no longer needed, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item, damaged or defective product), AUMORE will send a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us in advance so we can arrange the delivery.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • To request an exchange, please email us at info@aumore.com before returning the item.


How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us
Reach out via our Contact Form with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, a brief explanation, and photos of each side of the item(s). We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Step 2: Package and Ship
Once approved, securely package your item(s) and ship them as instructed.

Step 3: Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable, and any applicable customs fees will be deducted from your refund total.


Return-to-Sender Orders

If a package is refused, marked unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, the following applies:

  • Refunds will only be processed once the item is returned to our warehouse.

  • A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the order total.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We highly recommend double-checking your shipping address and tracking updates to avoid these situations.
